Floating for two is one of our most popular treatments. When we opened in 2023, we were the first location in Oulu to offer this shared experience. It connects people and provides a unique opportunity to share a moment in peace and silence.
What is Couple’s Floating at Rentouttava Laine?
As you step inside, you are greeted by soothing music—a signal to leave the rush of everyday life behind along with your coat. A warm, cheerful greeting awaits you.
Your journey begins with your drink order. We then guide you to catch your breath in our warm Lounge, where you can lower your heart rate and prepare for the experience. Moments later, we show you to your chosen float room: either Yön syli (Night’s Embrace) or Höyhen (Feather).
Our float rooms are soundproofed and acoustically optimized with your comfort in mind. The interiors feature warm wood—tailored to Finnish taste—and a candlelight wall that sets a tranquil atmosphere. Even the mechanical ventilation of the tanks is specifically optimized for two people. These are small but vital details designed just for you.

Couple Floating for two persons --- 99€
Floating for two is one of the easiest ways to relax, recover, and enjoy quality time together. For many, floating as a pair feels more secure and approachable. Rather than focusing solely on a deep meditative state, couple’s floating is about the beauty of sharing a moment.
You don’t need to bring much besides yourselves—we provide towels, earplugs, hair dryers, facial moisturizers, and hair care products. While swimwear is not necessary, you are more than welcome to wear your own if you prefer.

Deep relaxation: Neurosonic and Cuople Float Theraphy --- 137€
Neurosonic vibration therapy is a device developed by Finnish psychotherapist Marco Kärkkäinen that produces low-frequency vibrations. The vibrations relax the body and mind. The journey of relaxation has begun, and relaxation floating completes the feeling of relaxation.

Couple Relaxation - package --- 139 €
Couples relaxation package for two includes:
- Couple float in the same float tank (Normal or Feather)
- After the couple float, there is a VIP room where you can enjoy good coffee, tasty tea or the house's velvety cocoa. A small salty snack is also included. In the VIP room, gold leaf face masks are available for both of you.
- A short Neurosonic treatment for both of you.
Couple float is an easily accessible form of floatation, where you go to float together in the same float tank. We guide you through the floatation and first-time users feel safe when there is a friend/partner floating with you. Couple float emphasizes sharing a moment together and calming down together. Rentouttava Laine uses candle walls and mechanical ventilation in the floats, so our couple float is even more perfect than usual.
Pampering Couple Relaxation -- 219€
A pampering couples relaxation package for two includes (duration approx. 3 hours):
- Indian head massages (half board) for both
- Neurosonic vibration therapy 25 min for both
- Couple floatation in the same floatation tank (Night Lap or Feather)
- Separate floatation tanks can also be booked
- After the couple floatation, there is a VIP room where you can enjoy good coffee, tasty tea or the house's velvety cocoa. A small salty snack is also included. In the VIP room, gold leaf face masks are available for both.
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine for both
Indian head massage relaxes the muscles of the back, neck, head and face. This pampering massage provides good preparation for settling comfortably in warm water to float. Neurosonic treatment calms the nervous system and quiets the thoughts of a busy mind.
