The gift card is valid for six months from the date of purchase. The treatment must take place within the gift card’s validity period.

We recommend booking your appointment at least two weeks before your gift card expires. Evening and weekend appointments should be booked further in advance. A gift card does not guarantee availability on a specific date or at a specific time.

If no appointments are available within your gift card’s validity period, please contact us before it expires. We will then arrange your appointment for the earliest reasonably available time.

If the appointments offered do not suit you, we will explore alternatives together. Any extension of the validity period must be agreed separately. Our booking and cancellation terms apply to appointment changes and cancellations. This condition does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
